Our Process

Step 1:  Call for a free consultation. 

Step 2:  Submit a page for a free sample.  Use email or Google Docs.

Step 3:  Receive and accept quote, sign memorandum of agreement, make initial partial payment.

Step 4:  Send your literary work to Fresh Eyes Proofreaders via Google Docs or email (

Step 5:  Wait for Fresh Eyes to complete your project.  We will stay in touch periodically during the agreed upon time frame to make you aware of progress or to ask questions.

Step 6:  Fresh Eyes will return completed project and final invoice for payment.

Step 7:  Pay final invoice.

Step 8:  You will need to review the marked up manuscript and accept or reject changes.  When you have done that, you are ready to submit your work to your publisher.
