How It Began
After a long professional career in the business and corporate human resources arenas, Pauline, along with her daughter, Mandy, formed Fresh Eyes Proofreaders as a freelance entity. Both have a sharp eye for detail and a love for literature. Nothing makes them cringe any more than to find misspelled words, misplaced punctuation or even bad grammar in whatever they are reading. They recognized the opportunity and the need for affordable and experienced proofreaders, so they set up shop.
Pauline has a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Mandy has a bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in intermediate school age curriculum and instruction. Mandy is a graduate of the General Proofreading: Theory & Practice training course. Together we have over 60 years' experience in business and education. They make a great team.
